They say defense wins championships. If that is true then you might as well crown the Broward County Cowboys, The Champions Now. This is by far #1 defense with defensive coach Walt Williams at the helm. Without a doubtthis team is young, fast and stingy.

They have reported 4 shutouts and only given up 36 points while scoring 332 points in 9 games. The defensive line has a combination of size, speed, and strength.

Travis Howard, Pierson Sherwood, Paul Cobb, Tommy Nieves & Antonio Brown all share duties of clogging up the middle.

Aaron Allen, Nathan Campbell & Tromon Isaac pressures the QB off the edges like no other. If you are lucky enough to sneak past the defensive line, well your luck just ran out. The hard-hitting LB core is lead by Lorenzo Lovely, Paul Kendrick Jr., Brandon Sims, Teron Riley, Andrew Reger& Aubrey Owens.

So now that you know you cannot run on the Cowboys you are left to try and throw the ball. Well good luck. The ball hawking secondary is lead by John Drayton, he has 9 interceptions at free safety and not far behind is Robbie Fagan with 4 interceptions, same as DB James Banks, who roams the outfield along with DB Stevie Wilson, he locks down his man and is pretty impossible to score on. Emmanuel Olivera, Andres Rojas & Marcus Lafleur does a great job filling in for any and everybody.

You have a better chance kissing a rattlesnake than surviving the scoring of the Broward County Cowboys.

1. Leather Footballs

Many of the leather footballs are made with a tanning process that makes the ball tacky, so it is easier to grip, particularly when wet. Some leather footballs are also made to resist absorbing moisture, so they can be used in all weather conditions. Leather footballs that are not specified as water proof or water resistant should not be used in wet conditions, as the ball can absorb water becoming heavier and harder to grip. Leather footballs are only intended for use on grass or turf surfaces.

2. Composite Footballs

Composite or composite leather footballs are made from synthetic leather. These balls tend to cost less than leather footballs. Composite footballs may be used in game or practice situations and are great recreational use. Composite footballs look and feel like leather, but tend to resist moisture better than real leather. They are also often easier to grip, because the composite material usually has more texture. Some composite leather balls have enhanced the grip of the ball even more by making the cover tacky and/or softer. Composite leather footballs tend to be more durable than leather footballs. However, like leather footballs, these balls are generally intended for use on grass or turf surfaces.
